Kitrino
Named after the Greek word for yellow, Kitrino is a tableware set developed through plaster mould casting from wheel-thrown positives. The decision to work from hand-thrown forms rather than machined parts was deliberate: the slight irregularities and natural imperfections were the point, not a limitation. The result is a set that could be produced and sold, with a handmade character that no CNC process could replicate.
